Sergio is a Certified Master Inspector® — a designation held by fewer than 5% of inspectors nationwide and awarded by the Master Inspector Certification Board. He has inspected with Green Foot Home Inspections since the company was established in 2014.
Sergio is Green Foot’s primary inspector along the Miami-Dade and Broward corridor—from coastal CBS and condo stock near Biscayne Bay and the Intracoastal to inland neighborhoods in Miramar, Pembroke Pines, and Hollywood. Day-to-day work is mostly older and mid-century houses and low-rise condos: salt-air corrosion on outdoor HVAC and fasteners, moisture at slabs and window openings, aging tile and flat roofs, aluminum or Federal Pacific-era panels still in service, and the insurance paperwork South Florida carriers actually ask for (4-point, OIR-B1-1802 wind mitigation, and roof certification).
