He has inspected homes across Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties since Green Foot was established in 2014. Fabian established Green Foot Home Inspections in 2014 with one goal: give buyers and homeowners the most thorough, honest inspection report they’ve ever seen. Fluent in English and Spanish.

Sergio is a Certified Master Inspector® — a designation held by fewer than 5% of inspectors nationwide and awarded by the Master Inspector Certification Board. With Green Foot since 2014, he is the primary inspector for the Miami-Dade and Broward corridor: coastal CBS and condo stock, inland mid-century houses, salt-air HVAC and fastener wear, slab moisture, and the 4-point / wind / roof forms carriers ask for.
