What Green Foot inspects in Wellington

Wellington is inland Palm Beach County: master-planned HOAs, CBS houses, tile roofs, and drainage around the slab. Equestrian land is part of the town’s identity. It is not part of our scope. We inspect the house, roof, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and envelope. We do not inspect barns, stalls, arenas, or agricultural structures.

What inspectors commonly find in Wellington homes

HOA CBS: roof age, flashing, HVAC that fights a tight envelope, irrigation overspray on walls and windows, and drainage that dumps toward the slab. Those are house findings.

Opening protection varies by community and by what a prior owner installed. Wind mitigation records what is there.

Listings here often photograph paddocks behind the house. That does not change the inspection. If you need the residence documented for a buyer or a carrier, hire the house inspection. If you need the barn, hire someone who inspects agricultural buildings. We will not blur those two reports.
